My copywriting services

Let’s look at your options…

Email copy from £100

There’s no point having a product or service if no-one knows about it. That’d be like making a delicious batch of cheese scones and keeping them all to yourself.

Email copy can include non-salesy sales writing, a clear explanation of what you do, or a reminder of your key messages.

  • 60-minute discovery call

    Brand voice development

    Expert copywriting

    Alt text for images

One round of edits and one rewrite if needed

Usually, I write up to 500 words for a strong, clear email. Please bear in mind that sometimes short copy can take as much time as long copy — because it often has to work harder.

Blog copy from £200

A well researched blog can connect you with your audience in a very direct way. You can take a deeper dive into topics, use dead specific SEO keywords, and you can share your passions with your group of guys.

Product descriptions from £30

You’ve worked hard to make your product or service what it is. So it deserves to be put on a pedestal and bloody well worshipped.

My copywriting services will make your brand sound as delicious as it is in real life and then pepper it with some SEO words for good measure. Mwah.

  • 15 minute discovery call about your brand and product

    SEO research

Concise copy stuffed with information and personality

    Brand voice development

One round of edits and one rewrite if needed

Up to 10 minutes of general liaison with you and your expert team per description.

Usually, I write up to 50 words per description — but hey, let’s shoot the breeze about what you’d like and I’ll tailor your quote.

I can also write web content, ad copy, case studies and social media copy — let me know what you’re
interested in.

A bit about my rates

If you’re currently browsing a few places to hire a copywriter, I want to let you know that my rates are in line with the ProCopywriters suggested rates, which are drawn from their regular surveys of writers across all industries.

If you’re interested in finding out more about the average cost of copywriting services, have a little peek at the ProCopywriters website.

Clarification station

As a content writer who scribbles for the web, I write words that are meaningful and emotion-prodding, with a strong glug of SEO in there to put hair on your copy’s chest and make your audience swoon

While I may offer some user journey or page layout advice, I’m afraid my copywriting services
don’t include building your website from scratch or providing any design, and I don’t provide a full-throttle SEO strategy.

But I can recommend great companies who’ll do both of those things for you — and who I work with on a regular basis. Let me know if you need a cheeky referral.

Read my unsolicited opinions about things

Like all good freelance copywriters, I like to mouth off a bit.

My blog covers anything from how copywriting is somehow like my favourite sitcoms to how The Beatles practiced self-care.

Grab a mug and have a read.

Where do we go from here?
